Ingredients

- 4 cups edamame
- 2 cups brown rice
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onion

Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.

While the rice is cooking, bring a pot of water to boil and add the edamame. Boil for about 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
