- 500 g turkey breast
- 400 g black beans
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 lime
Instructions

Dice the red bell pepper and red onion.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add diced turkey breast to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and no longer pink inside.

Add the diced red bell pepper, red onion, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are soft.

Drain and rinse the black beans, then add them to the pan. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to warm through.
