Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 300 g spaghetti
  • 2 cans canned tuna
  • 150 g spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • salt — to taste

Instructions

  1. 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  4. 4

Add drained tuna to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes, breaking up the tuna with a spatula.

  5. 5

Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet along with lemon juice, and toss everything together over low heat until well combined.
