- 4 sweet potato
- 500 g chicken breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 carrot
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 0.5 cup milk
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1 tsp dried thyme

Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water for 15 minutes or until tender, then drain.

Mash the sweet potatoes with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and set aside.
