Ingredients

  • 4 sweet potato
  • 2 can canned tuna
  • 2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Wash sweet potatoes and pierce each several times with a fork.

    Place sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until tender.
