  • 400 g seitan
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 200 g broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 green onion
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 4 cups cooked brown rice

Instructions

    Thinly slice the seitan, red bell pepper, carrot, and green onions. Mince the garlic and ginger.
