- 3 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 clove garlic
- 4 apple
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon butter
- salt — to taste

Peel and core the apples, then cut them into quarters.
