Ingredients

- 500 g lean ground beef
- 8 whole leaves romaine lettuce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1 avocado
- 100 g shredded cheddar cheese

Finely dice the onion and garlic. Cut the red bell pepper into small pieces.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Add ground beef to the pan. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

Stir in the red bell pepper, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the bell pepper softens.
