  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 carrot
  • 2 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
