- 2 russet potatoes
- 2 carrot
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp parsley

Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into thin fry-like strips.
