- 200 gram broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 green onions
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon water

Peel and devein the prawns, then pat them dry with a paper towel.

Chop the broccoli into small florets, slice the red bell pepper and carrot into thin strips, and mince the garlic and ginger.
