Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 500 gram prawns
  • 200 gram broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. 1

Peel and devein the prawns, then pat them dry with a paper towel.

  2. 2

Chop the broccoli into small florets, slice the red bell pepper and carrot into thin strips, and mince the garlic and ginger.

  3. 3

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, cornstarch, and water to create a stir-fry sauce.

  4. 4

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  5. 5

Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  6. 6

Add prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink.

  7. 7

Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

  8. 8

Pour the stir-fry sauce into the skillet and toss everything to coat evenly. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce is slightly thickened.

  9. 9

Slice green onions and sprinkle them over the stir-fry before serving.
