Ingredients

- 500 g ground beef
- 4 flour tortilla
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 can canned black beans
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt — to taste
- pepper — to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is softened.

Add ground beef and cook, stirring frequently, until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in taco seasoning along with 1/4 cup of water; simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Rinse and drain black beans, then add to the beef mixture. Cook until heated through.
