Ingredients

  • 2 cups chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 2 green onion
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

    Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly.

    Chop the red bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot into bite-sized pieces.

    Mince the garlic and slice the green onions thinly.

    Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

    Add garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
