- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 2 green onion
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly.

Chop the red bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
