Ingredients

  • 2 can canned tuna
  • 2 can canned chickpeas
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 0.5 cup fresh parsley

Instructions

    Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas in cold water and set aside.

    Drain the canned tuna and flake it into a large mixing bowl.

    Chop the cucumber and red onion into small pieces and add them to the bowl with tuna.
