- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup cilantro

Drain and rinse the black beans.
