Ingredients

- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 12 ounces pasta
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.

In a large pan over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
