- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 green onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Wash the iceberg lettuce thoroughly and separate into individual cups. Set aside.
