  • 500 grams ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 green onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

    Wash the iceberg lettuce thoroughly and separate into individual cups. Set aside.

    Peel and mince the ginger and garlic. Finely chop the green onions and grate the carrot.
