  • 3 potato
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 can canned tomatoes
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups water
