  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
