- 3 russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash and cut the russet potatoes into wedges.
