- 400 g black beans
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 lime
- 10 g cilantro
- salt — to taste

Drain the tofu and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
