- 500 gram button mushroom
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 300 gram egg noodle
- fresh parsley — to taste

- black pepper — to taste
