  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 green onion
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • ground black pepper — to taste

    Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly.
