Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. 1

In a bowl, combine chia seeds and almond milk. Stir well to avoid clumps and let it sit for 10 minutes, then stir again and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow it to thicken.

  2. 2

    Wash and slice strawberries.

  3. 3

Once the chia pudding is set, mix it with the Greek yogurt and honey until smooth.

  4. 4

In each serving glass, layer the yogurt-chia mix, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries, then blueberries. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full.

  5. 5

Top each glass with a few berries for garnish before serving.
