- 4 white fish fillets
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 2 clove garlic
- 200 gram cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 cucumber
- 400 gram canned chickpeas
- 1 bunch parsley
- 100 gram baby spinach
- 1 red bell pepper
- 100 gram feta cheese
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Rinse the white fish fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Slice the lemon in half and squeeze the juice over the fish fillets.

Mince the garlic cloves and rub them over the fish. Season with salt and black pepper.
