- 2 clove garlic
- 2 15-ounce can canned chickpeas
- 4 cup spinach
- 2 carrot
- 2 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup kefir
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- black pepper — to taste
