  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 500 grams cauliflower florets
  • 2 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
