Ingredients

- 500 g chicken breast
- 200 g broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 green onion
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
Instructions

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with salt and black pepper.

Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the red bell pepper into thin strips. Mince the garlic and ginger.

In a large pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sesame oil. Once hot, add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the broccoli florets and red bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
