Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 200 g broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 green onion
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

  1. 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the red bell pepper into thin strips. Mince the garlic and ginger.

  3. 3

In a large pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sesame oil. Once hot, add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

  4. 4

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

  5. 5

Add the broccoli florets and red bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  6. 6

Return the chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce and stir well to combine all ingredients. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.

  7. 7

Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
