Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onion

Instructions

  1. 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and set aside.

  2. 2

Chop the broccoli into small florets, slice the bell peppers into thin strips, and finely chop the garlic and ginger.

  3. 3

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water to create the sauce.

  4. 4

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

  5. 5

Add chicken strips to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

  6. 6

In the same pan, add sesame oil and stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  7. 7

Add broccoli and bell peppers to the pan, stir-frying for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

  8. 8

Return the chicken to the pan and pour in the soy sauce mixture, stirring to coat everything evenly.

  9. 9

Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and the chicken is heated through.

  10. 10

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
