- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 4 clove garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 cup spinach
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley
