  • 150 g chickpeas
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 stock cube
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • black pepper — to taste
  • salt — to taste

Instructions

  1. 1

Cook the pasta in boiling water according to package instructions.

  2. 2

While the pasta is cooking, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

  3. 3

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté the onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4

Add the garlic and sauté for another minute.

  5. 5

Add chickpeas to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.

  6. 6

Dissolve the stock cube in 1 cup of water.

  11. 11

Serve immediately, adjusting seasoning if necessary.
