Ingredients

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 400 g paneer
  • 200 g spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add the gnocchi and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are golden and slightly crispy.

    While the gnocchi cooks, cut the paneer into small cubes.

    Remove the gnocchi from the skillet and set aside.

    Add the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil to the skillet.

    Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the skillet, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
