- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cup water
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 0.5 red onion
- 0.25 cup parsley
- 0.25 cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Juice the lemon and mince the garlic. Combine lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
