  • 2 carrot
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Instructions
