  • 4 can canned tuna
  • 2 can canned cannellini beans
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 2 carrot
  • 2 stalk celery
  • 6 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • black pepper — to taste
  • salt — to taste

Instructions

    Dice the onion, chop the carrots and celery, and mince the garlic.

    In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until vegetables are softened.
