- 600 g ground turkey
- 4 bell pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 400 g canned diced tomatoes
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.

Place bell pepper halves upside down on a baking sheet and brush with 1 tbsp olive oil. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
