Ingredients

- 500 g gnocchi
- 2 cups frozen shelled edamame
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions, about 3 minutes, or until they float to the top. Drain and set aside.
