  • 800 grams sweet potato
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

    Wash and cut the sweet potatoes into wedges. Place them on a baking sheet.
