- 500 g white fish fillet
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 8 whole wheat tortillas
- 100 g red cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1 avocado
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 0.5 red onion
- 50 g feta cheese

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pat dry the fish fillets, then season with salt, black pepper, and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Zest and juice the lemon. Set the juice aside.

Cook the fish fillets in the preheated pan for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaky.
