  • 1 400g can canned chickpeas
  • 1 400ml can coconut milk
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • fresh cilantro — to taste
  • 1 lime

Instructions

    Drain the canned salmon and chickpeas, and set aside.
