  • 8 eggs
  • 150 grams fresh spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Drain the canned salmon and set aside.

    Crack the eggs into a large bowl, add salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, and whisk until combined.
