- 1 cup dry green lentils
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- salt — to taste
