  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
