Ingredients

- 600 g shrimp
- 600 g cauliflower
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 g parmesan cheese
- 100 g mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 2 tbsp parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Cut the cauliflower into small florets and steam or microwave until just tender, about 5 minutes.

Mince the garlic and sauté in a pan with butter over medium heat until fragrant.

Add shrimp to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 3 minutes.
