Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    In a food processor, add rolled oats and almonds. Pulse until finely ground.

    Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl and stir in dried cranberries.
