  • 2 cucumber
  • 1 cup canned chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Instructions

    Rinse the canned chickpeas under cold water and drain well.

    In a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork until a chunky texture is achieved.
