  • 600 g ground turkey
  • 2 russet potato
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  1. 1

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.

  2. 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. 3

Add the diced potatoes to the skillet, cooking and stirring until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes.

While the potatoes cook, finely chop the onion and red bell pepper, and mince the garlic.

  5. 5

Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet with the potatoes and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. 6
