- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 green onion
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
