- 4 potato
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
