  • 200 g spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 200 ml water

    Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
